Refund Policy
SafeDisk AI sells fixed-scope digital storage diagnosis reports and cleanup policy documents.
7-day refund window
Contact support within 7 days of purchase if a paid report does not provide useful cleanup guidance for the scan, CI incident, Docker/Xcode issue, or storage metadata you submitted.
When we refund
We will issue a refund if we cannot deliver the described report from the metadata provided, if the delivered report is materially incomplete, or if a duplicate payment was made by mistake.
When we may ask for more information
If the submitted scan or incident summary is too limited to produce the report, we may ask for one clarification. If the report still cannot be produced, we will refund the order.
How to request a refund
Email liuminsheng3@gmail.com with your order email, product name, payment date, and the reason for the refund request.
Payment processor
For Creem transactions, refunds are processed through Creem's merchant-of-record checkout and customer support flow. Processing fees and chargeback handling follow the payment provider's rules.
